In the data entry option, you will find an option to do Health Provider Entry or the ASHA entry. From the option choose the choice that is you need to do the ASHA worker’s data entry and follow the steps below

  • Visit the official RCH (Reproductive and Child Health) website portal
  • Choose the option “Section II” from the data entry section
  • Select ANM/ASHA registration
  • Now new registration form will open
  • In which fill the required information such as village, name and designation
  • Then enter the father’s name, sex and mobile number
  • Fill the address, joining date and financial year
  • Enter EID number and EID date
  • Choose your telecom operator and bank information
  • After which enter your Aadhaar number
  • Verify all the details and submit the ANM/ASHA registration form
  • At the end the process is complete and you are registered in the RCH portal

  • Choose the “Know your health records” option from the homepage menu
  • Direct link https://rchrpt.nhm.gov.in/OTP/
  • Then go to the RCH ID number or the MCTS ID number option

  • Fill the captcha code and click “Get OTP
  • Now the OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, enter that OTP code
  • System will verify the details for you to go ahead
  • Select the “EHR” tab and you are done
