What are the phases of RCH?
Being launched out in 1997, this RCH portal is still active and coping up with the present needs at regular intervals. The development of the portal can be split into two phases that is phase 1 and phase 2. Family planning, ensuring infant survival and securing motherhood that are responsible for the women and child welfare are included in the Phase 1. Second Phase that was updated in the year 2005 concentrates on care for mothers and care for children.

- First go to the RCH official website rch.nhm.gov.in

- Then select the link https://rch.nhm.gov.in/RCH/Login.aspx
- From the list select the state and state code
- Enter the username and password on the login page
- After which fill the captcha code displayed
- Click the “Login” button and access any data from the page
Ways to set location in RCH portal
To enter data in RCH portal online you should be a government official with the login details. Once you are logged in with the credentials, you can begin with the online data entry process
- Use the link rch.nhm.gov.in and go to the RCH website
- Select “Set location” option from the menu
- Then choose the “Data hierarchy option”
- Now select the district, health block/ward and health facility type
- After which pick your PSC, sub facility or center and village
- At last, press the “Set” button
What are steps to enter data in the RCH portal?
Once you are done with setting the location, choose the data entry tan on the menu. Now you will be displayed with a list of options which are as follows

How to register for RCH portal ANM ASHA?
In the data entry option, you will find an option to do Health Provider Entry or the ASHA entry. From the option choose the choice that is you need to do the ASHA worker’s data entry and follow the steps below
- Visit the official RCH (Reproductive and Child Health) website portal
- Choose the option “Section II” from the data entry section
- Select ANM/ASHA registration
- Now new registration form will open
- In which fill the required information such as village, name and designation
- Then enter the father’s name, sex and mobile number
- Fill the address, joining date and financial year
- Enter EID number and EID date
- Choose your telecom operator and bank information
- After which enter your Aadhaar number
- Verify all the details and submit the ANM/ASHA registration form
- At the end the process is complete and you are registered in the RCH portal
Process to know your health report record at rchrpt.nhm.gov.in
- Using the link rchrpt.nhm.gov.in open the RCH web page
- Choose the “Know your health records” option from the homepage menu
- Direct link https://rchrpt.nhm.gov.in/OTP/
- Then go to the RCH ID number or the MCTS ID number option
- Enter ID of the mother or child
- Fill the captcha code and click “Get OTP”
- Now the OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, enter that OTP code
- System will verify the details for you to go ahead
- Select the “EHR” tab and you are done
