The एमपी समाधान पोर्टल is an online portal, where the citizens of the state will be able to register the complaints related to government departments online. After registering the complaints on the Madhya Pradesh Samadhan Portal system, it will be resolved in a transparent manner.

This number will be live between 7 am to 11 am. 20 to 25 and all complaints will be received by the Government of Madhya Pradesh on the first Tuesday of every month in the state.

  • After this, a new page will open in front of you.
  • On this page, you will see some guidelines, read all these and then  tick the box and click on the “Accept” button
  • Now, a form will appear, here you have to enter your mobile number, Aadhaar number, name, e-mail.

  • After this, you have to enter the information in the registration of the complaint like department, sub department, categories of complaint, village for complaint and write 200 words in the description of the complaint.
  • Incase of any documents that are related to your complaint, then you can scan and upload it.
  • Once you are done, click on the “Register Public Grievance” button.
  • After successful registration, you will be given a Public Grievance Unique Number. With this, you will be able to check the status of your submitted complaint.
