What is Samagra Id?
The Government of Madhya Pradesh and the department of SSSM (Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission) provides free login IDs and passwords for its residents to register themselves and avail the government benefits.
And once registered, the citizens cannot edit or change their unique Samagra ID codes at any cost.
Types of SAMAGRA IDs
There are two types of Samagra IDs that functions based on the principle of ‘Bahujan Hitay Bahujan Sukhaya’:
1. Family ID – A unique and permanent 8-digit family ID that will aid as your family’s Samagra identity in the government records.
2. Member ID – This is a 9-digit unique and permanent ID that will be issued to the individuals whose family already has the Samagra family ID.
Step to Apply Online SSSM ID Application Form 2021
- Visit the official Website SSSM ID by clicking the link http://samagra.gov.in/.
- On the Homepage, you will see the option – Services For Citizens under Register family / members in aggregate section, Click on the option of register family परिवार पंजीकृत करें at number 2.
- You will be directed to the Registration Form page
- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as name, father/ husband name, date of birth, gender, caste and other information) and you will be asked to upload the details about the address, the identity documents of the head of the family.
- First the address related details – In this section you will be asked to fill the details of your district, local body, region, village, house number, address caste, competition etc.
- In the second part, the details of the head of the family – In this section, you have to fill in 11 places options like name, DOB, age, link, mobile number, Aadhaar number, email ID etc.
- In the third part, upload the documents related to the head of the family- in this you will be asked to type the document, produce the document upload, produce the date etc.
- Adding a fourth family member – This is the last step you will be asked to add the details of your family members one by one and provide the required information.
- Your registration will be completed.

On the Homepage, click on the ‘Know Your Family ID’ option.
Once you click on that option, you will be directed to another page where you will see many options on this page.
You can search for the Samagra ID from the below options.

Finding the SSSM Samagra Family List
If you want to find the unique ID unique code of 9 digits of any member of your family, then follow the method given below.
- First, go to the official website or directly click on this link Search Family and Add Family member.
- Once you open the website, you will be directed to a new window.
- Now select your respective district, local body, link and write the first digit of your name in English language, then select the village, ward number / area and fill in the captcha code carefully.
- Once the captcha is verified, click on the submit button.
- Finally, after filling all the information, you will be directed to the link.
Printing the Samagra card

- On the Home page, go to the Samagra civil service section. and click on the print Samagra card from this section .
- On this page you will be asked to enter the Samagra family ID.
- After this is completed, you will be asked to enter the captcha code and click on the ‘see’ button.

- Samagra ID is mandatory when applying online for Madhya Pradesh BPL Ration Card. If you do not have a Samagra ID, you cannot apply for Madhya Pradesh Ration Card online.
- Nowadays, when getting admission in schools, the Samagra ID is expected. This has been made mandatory by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Photocopy of the Samagra ID is expected to be attached to the school form.
