Checklist when applying for a RHB e-Auction
The applicant must keep the following things mentioned below in mind while applying for the Rajasthan Housing Board Auction Scheme
- An applicant who is going to buy a house through the online system must bid for the house at a premium discount rate than the other bidder.
- The candidates who are bidding for various flats online under Rajasthan State will be given 30 days to complete the process.
- The auction is divided as two types of discount rates, first one will be 0% to 25% and the second 0% to 5% which are the discounts provided by the concerned officials.
- The Candidate should deposit 10% deposit 3 days after the auction. The remaining amount has to be deposited after 60 days.
- 7075 flats built under the auction are kept at discounted rates.
- Discount rates for the houses are fixed only after verifying the home conditions such as location and other environmental conditions.

Security Deposit Amount
The Security Deposit Amount under Rajasthan Housing Facility has to be done in different categories based on the economic group as follows
- Economically weaker groups – Rs 5,000 as a security deposit.
- Lower and middle-income groups – Rs 25,000 as a security deposit.
- High-income group – Rs 50,000 as a security deposit.
