- Swayam NPTEL Online Courses have been started by the Government of India collaborating with the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and NPTEL. Swayam Portal Registration and Course Fees
As told by the Government, there are no fees charged for registering on the portal, also the courses available on this portal are free of charge. But once you complete the courses and get the certificate, you will have to pay a fixed amount as a fee. Swayam Test Certificate
